newbie with 06 pathfinder

I have an 06. 4.0 4x4 and am experiencing rough ride an grind between 40 and 60 mph and if you shift to nuetral it stops. Someone please help im hoping its not the dreaded coolant/transmission scenario

It could be that. I had the same problem with mine when I first bought it. I spent about $2 on some connecters and spent 20 minutes doing the bypass to fix the problem. I got new transmission fluid after as well. Haven't had a single issue since

I had that happen to mine also I replaced the radiator but still have the rough ride in o/d is there any easy fix for this?
