New ride to arrive this week

HI all,
I'm maybe getting a new to me 2003 Pathfinder LE with 139K on it.
I currently have a 1999 4Runner but can't decide if I want to trade it or keep it and work on it. It has serious underbody rust issues but dagum that engine is sweet.
The new Pathfinder is just as sweet with no underbody rust! it was babied and pampered and interior looks absolutely brand new. Silver with black leather. only thing missing was the jack.
Should I be aware of any upfront issues to look for?
