Hey folks, after decades of being a Toyota man, I got myself an 05 Pathfinder. It's a sweet ride, and I plan on doing all I can to keep her road ready for a long time to come. Lovin' my Pathfinder down here in GA.

The 05 Pathy is a wonderful generation of truck.

There is a maintenance item thats very highly recommended to do right away though.
that is to replace the radiator.
A truck thats over a decade old can benefit from a new radiator anyway and decent ones can be had for a s little as 110 dollars.

Thanks man! Yeah I read about SMOD when I started searchin' for a Pathfinder. A lot of the stuff under the hood looks new including the radiator, I looked and found no sticker, the top tank is plastic. And man the underside of this thing just does not look like a 13 year old vehicle. It's a red color maybe called Sonoma sunset pearl?
