The Nissan Path

Hi everyone. My mother has a 2016 Nissan Altima SR and everytime she turns the car off and then on, the bluetooth doesn’t turn on until you do it manually. This is her second 2016 Altima and the first one connected automatically. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks!
