2000 Pathfinder body rust/etc.

My 2000 Pathfinder has a bit of rust bubbling through where hte paint meets the black trin just under the passenger side mirror...also in hte back under the rubber weatherstripping around the glass on the rear hatch (but just a little bit)...also the black trin around the windows has some spots where the black plastic is bubbling but there seems to be nothing soft underneath to the feel...any suggestions?
