The Nissan Path

So I just got done installing a Line out converter and amp to my stock HU to power my aftermarket speakers. However I get a noise that gets a higher pitch while I accelerate. That noise only comes out of the front right speaker. The rest are fine.

Some websites say It because I ran my RCAs next to my Amp power cable which is exactly what I did. But would that still be the problem if it was from one speaker and not all 4? The single speaker issue is whats confusing me?

Any ideas or input is greatly appreciated,.

I have the problem with speaker on my stock bose. Note that the volume increases with speed because we have speed sensitive speakers.
