Please Help! Noise from drivers side on turns.

I know this has been brought up in previous posts, however, I have tried all options! I have a noise coming from the front drivers side when I make a left hand turn, only left hand turns! I have replaced the front suspension, sway bar bushings, sway bar ends, and even the front drivers hub. All ball joints are good, same with the bushings. I even checked the hood for issues like some have suggested. It all started after I replaced the front suspension. Please help if ya can, this is driving me nuts!! Thanks!
