Driveshaft question

Hi Guys
this is about my 08 Frontier and wanted to throw this question out get some advice.
08 Frontier 4.0 auto 110k miles..began hearing a scraping noise from the rear end area..replaced pads and rotors and had a shop replace rear right axle bearing...still hearing the noise when coming to a stop..braking or not. Had mechanic listen to it on rack; cannot pinpoint exactly where. I have what I guess is called the Rzeppa CV joint shaft...driveshaft is as follows:
from the transmission I have a regular U joint there..back to a carrier bearing; then a 10" long rubber bellow boot. At the end of the boot it looks like it could have a CV joint, but I cannot tell without removing it. It does have a CV joint at the differential that looks like this part Dorman 932-301. Does anyone know if there is another CV joint between this one and the rubber bellow?
There is a YouTube video called Frontier Driveshaft that shows this setup.
Thanks for any input
