Looking for a good decently priced car diagnostic tool!!!

Good afternoon, or good evening reddit, im in the market for a car diagnostic tool its gonna be a christmas gift. the problem is that im looking for one that reads both, obd1 and obd2 codes a universal one of sorts. my uncle has a few cars in the front yard an old mid 90s astro van, his old 94 f150 (it works but it has issues) and an old dodge van. The price range i want to invest into the gift im getting him is in the range of 100-190 usd (amazon.com) is where i would love to get it from because i have prime shipping. So please help me find one Thank so much /rMechanicAdvice.
