Transmission troubles~any advice appreciated

I have a 1993 Pathfinder with 219,000 miles on it. It has an automatic transmission in it. It has been running great with no transmission problems whatsoever. I'm driving along at about 35 mph and all of the sudden it acts like someone bumped it into nuetral. I lost power to the wheels. No noise, no clunk. It holds in park, but rolls in all the other gears like it is in nuetral. The driveshaft is fine, u-joints fine, trans fluid level fine, fluid is normal with no sweet burnt smell.
Have any of you had experience in this?
