Automatic transmission fluid

I want to replace this fluid for my 2008 pathfinder VQ40DE . How many liters should I prepare.
a drain and fill requires 4 liters.
There are over 18L in the transmission though, so its recommended to do several drain and fills, or use the trans cooler lines to do a clean fluid swap.
