96 Pathfinder stalls every 30 seconds

My 96 Pathfinder now stalls every 30 seconds, will restart, run strong and smooth for 30 seconds then dies.
Problems started when gas dealers switched to the summer formula here in central Illinois two months ago, truck would run fine until it warmed up then the stall.
Auto Zone pulled the codes P0100, P0325, P0136, P0156. Have cleaned the MAF and installed a new air filter, used Lucas upper cylinder and injector cleaner. Ran stronger but frequently stalled.
Now after a SeaFoam treatment and cleaning a sticky PCV valve it stalls every thirty seconds exactly - for miles.
Any help will be appreciated
