towing package for 04 pathfinder

im looking to get a small boat for fishing ponds lakes rivers etc. want to get a hitch but dont want to spend a ton. What is the best place to get this and have everything i need for the best price? anyone have any advice? if i could get it all for 200 or less that would be great.
