The Nissan Path

My wife is going crazy. I used the map feature 1 time. worked well, but I tried to shut it off, no longer wanting to use it, but it Doesn't Stop. I turned off the Voice but when the wife sets her Preselect seating position, the Map series starts giving her directions. When I "Set" my preselect, the Nav Map does not funtion. I went to the dealer and Service folks could not figure out what to do. Last fella said the Trip must be completed, before an "Option" to "Turn-Off" the feature is presented.

I sure would like to see a simple On-Off button.

I believe you need to press the "ROUTE" button, then press "Cancel Route" on the touchscreen.
