Front Speakers Not Working

I bought a new 2017 Pathfinder and the Front Speakers are not working. Being a holiday weekend, the Service department was not open the day I bought the car. The salesman could not figure it out. We made sure all of the Audio controls were "ON". The Fade is in the middle and when I move it to the Front, nothing. I needed the car, so I took it home and will just take it back when the service deparment, but was wondering if anyone knows what else could be wrong? I have the Navi System, but no entertainment system. The phone voice does not work either. Navi Voice does not work. So the whole front speakers are not working.
