The Nissan Path

I have a 2015 Nissan Pathfinder SV. I want to put the Grom V-Line in my vehicle (See link below)

Unfortunate the Grom V-Line is only compatible with pathfinders equipped with the navigation package, and because my pathfinder is the SV trim level, I do not have the navigation system.

I would like to know what it would take to install the navigation package in my pathfinder. I found a navigation lcd screen on ebay for about $250 (see link below). What other hardware would I need to install in my pathfinder to get everything to work properly?

I read a previous posts that said that it is near impossible to upgrade to the oem navigation screen; however I just found a nissan frontier forum where a user replaced his screen with a OEM navigation screen (see link below). I figure if it is possible to do it on a Nissan fronteir it should be doable on a nissan pathfinder as well.
