Car stereo upgrade 2007 with sat nav.....Help.......

Hi,
I hope someone can help me. I am trying to upgrade my car stereo. I have 2007 Nissan pathfinder with sat nav and 6 disk changer built in. Model PN2715N part number 286-6469-11.
I haven't got a clue where to start on the upgrade. The LCD display is separate to the head unit.
I want to Bluetooth stream music and aux and USB would be required.
Can anybody help???
