Car audio issue aux/usb/mp3

Hello there,
I have a long term issue with making my radio to work at least with aux
I bought a lot of devices, tried a lot of variants and I have never succeeded.
Please tell me is it possible to put on my radio - aux, USB, mp3, flash, USB or any kind of input for my radio.
The car model is Navara 2007

I Will be very thankful if I find the answer is it possible without changing the head unit or without using fm transmitter.
