New Member 2019 Nav Questions

Just picked up a 2019 4x4 SV. It doesn't have the tech package so no nav. Does anyone know if you can swap out the head unit with a Nav HU?
What about the APP garage? Can you add apps? I don't understand why Nissan did not add Apple CarPlay to the Pathfinder but did to almost every other vehicle in the line up.
