Does anyone know if I get a used 2018/2019 Rogue head unit that is andoid auto compatible from the factory and directly swap it with my 2015 rogue head unit, I can then have working android auto and still retain all functions like 360 camera, XM Radio etc?

They appear to be the exact same radio, except for the software I suppose

I'd highly doubt it. I'd be surprised if the harness connections are the same since the 2015 wasn't meant to have the later unit in it.

I bought a 10.5" android headunit. I dont think its worth it to use a newer stock android unit.
The aftermarket stuff can mirror your phone plus do most of the stuff the stock units does.
