RCA output Interface for 2008 Pathfinder LE with Bose/Nav

***PLEASE HELP***
I have a 2008 Pathfinder LE with premium Bose and nav system. I want to add an additional aftermarket amp to power a couple of Bazookas that I have. I don't want to make any drastic changes though. Is there an interface, harness or otherwise easy way to install that will provide the RCA plugs to an aftermarket amp? I found the pac aoem-nis2 but everything I read says it is good only up to the 2006. Has anyone tried this on an '08?
