Dash Swap Possible?

Got a 2010 Pathfinder S wanted to know if i could swap the radio surround with a 2007 dash. I dont like the new A/C controls but i do like the older ones. I have looked over the web and found only a frontier and pathy dash swap.
Is this a pipe dream?
