Dash Electronics Problem

Hello All,
I've noticed a strange issue with my pathfinder. There is no sound for the blinkers, or leaving the keys in the vehicle. Also, the air conditioning is fine, except when set to the highest setting (4). During my last trip to the dealership to have some recall work done I mentioned these issues, to which they replied that power was getting to my fuse panel but to do any more looking would require me to pay money etc etc for a tech to inspect the electronics. So here I am on the forums hoping someone else has gone through this and can tell me what to look for.
