adding factory nav?

so my 08 path has the factory rear view cam but no nab, how big of a deal is it to add navi?

Not 100% sure, but I would guess you would need the GPS antena, the control module that would sit behind your radio for it, and also if you radio does not have the button, a OEM radio that had Nav buttons.

If you look at this image, it shows the "map, Dest" buttons that would be required to operate the Nav system. Not sure if your stock OEM radio have those.

you'll be better off going aftermarket on this. you would have to find a crashed truck a transfer all the parts and the rewiring alone to make it work will be a headache.

Looks like some dealers are installing a touchscreen Nav System called ICON that integrates with the factory center console. Check this video out http://youtu.be/0-tjUo-whYg The company that makes it is from NY and their website is http://icon-tv.net/ The upgrade is kind of pricey though, around $2000 but looks really cool.

I'd like to add NAV to my '08 SE also, I have the camera and Bose, so I wonder if they make a unit that will function seamlessly with the factory information center, MPG, trip computer, etc.

Ditto is, am also interested in this. I can source a NAV u it and it it in, anyone have a comprehensive parts list?

Anyone on the board wi all data membership?
