Need a new 'Enter' button on 05 Nav

any have a spare button that they could send me? or know where I could get one (or a similar attaching button)
When I bought my pathfinder I was assured that they would send me a replacement - now obviously the dealer is hiding from me a I just have a metal spike to press to enter details on the nav.
Nissan is saying I have to buy a whole new nav system!!!
any help greatly apretiated
