Loud Bluetooth in 2010 le

Hi, when I talk through my bluetooth while driving everybody says it sounds like the widows are open. Is this normal? Is there something I should mention to the dealer as I am only 1000 miles from my 36/36,000 warranty period. Thanks in advance...

Well its is clear that you bluetooth is faulty but I want to say that first you should try to solve it by your dealer if he says that its late then you have to change it by yourself. its better to ask you dealer on phone because I think it enough warrant you have to fix this problem.
