2011 Pathfinder - Adding Factory NAV/Touchscreen Unit

Hi,
New Pathfinder owner here. I purchased a 2011 S a few days ago and absolutely love it. The only problem is that it did not come with the Nav/Touchscreen unit I was wanting. It has just the basic screen with climate control displays, backup camera, etc.
I am hoping to replace the existing screen with a touchscreen & nav unit. My question is, what all do I need to replace? I'm assuming I will have to replace both the screen AND the cd changer/stereo head unit with different parts.
Any help would be hugely appreciated.
