OEM Air Intake with K&N filter from 2012 SV

I'm replacing my intake with a K&N air charger kit and was wondering if anyone would be interested in the OEM intake I'll be removing. I put a K&N filter in the intake box and it's in perfect condition, overall.
If not, I'll be posting it to eBay once I remove it but I figured I see if anyone here wants first dibs.
