1995 Pathfinder - part out or sell as a runner

I've got a 95 Pathfinder 4x4 XLE
Engine is solid at 110k miles, interior is like new
I fixed the rust about a year ago so the frame is good
It now has a dent in the front driver's side where my son helped us out, and some minor body rust under the passenger doors
The bad: an exhaust leak (minor, but aggravating)
Any interest? 4x4 works great - it is an auto tranny
I'm replacing ball joints and getting and alignment and bearings replaced now, but not going to do any more work.
