08 V8 LE Black on Black gauging interest, I need a QX56.

Possibly up for sale, my favorite vehicle ever. 2008 V8 LE Pathfinder, 140k miles, very nice condition.
My wife says we need a larger truck with our growing family. So I'm hating the thought of moving this on but also looking at QX56s and Armadas.
What is is worth? $8500?
At this point I'm just thinking but if there is interest I may have to think harder.
I have owned it for a year and a half and 22k miles.

It's sweet, Bilstein shocks, new front brakes, it's black.
The bad, it has an exhaust tick until it warms up, heated steering wheel doesn't heat, needs tires.
