WTB: 2008-12 R51 LE combination switch

Looking for a good condition, preferably used †combination switch assembly†clock spring. MUST have the socket for heated steering wheel.
Nissan part#: 25560-9CH5A (according to Nissan Parts Deal)
9CH2A, 9CH3A/3D and 9CH4A/4D will not work.
Based on some digging around, seems like Nissan sold 25560-9CH5D as well. This won’t work either because it’s only for vehicles not equipped with auto lights.
