That's more of a bumper reinforcement/light bar than a "skid bar", and apparently that person lives outside the US, so good luck finding one...

yeah, looks like in russia. I've presented this 'where can i buy this' qusetion to google answers (for a fee) and yahoo answer (free) so i'll post if i get an answer.
