I picked up a pair of headlights and I want them retrofitted with HIDs. I need a person who can do this to let me know what the service would cost. I want fog lights as well, but the headlights are more important. Feel free to post here or message me for clarity or for further discussion...

I've swapped HIDs in a few of my cars and motorcycles, its pretty easy to do yourself, but illegal if they are not original equipment

HID swap is very easy. It's plug and play.

Are you talking about a projector lens retrofitted into an OEM housing? That's a different story.
