2002 Pathfinder LE, Blown Engine.

My beloved pathfinder engine blew last week. The body is in great shape and all suspension and tires, glass, doors, interior, etc... are all in working order. I am considering selling as is or replacing the engine? Any offers will be entertained. Thanks, Gregory
