Month end coming...so upgrade time!!..BASH/SKID PLATE ideas

out hunting for a bash/skid plate design/ideas that would cover the mid part of the plastic bumper up to the tranny...has anyone done this??
and Alu or Steel...and why??...
to get an idea of design idea am looking for below is a patrol...yes i know its a patrol...but you get the concept...just want to see how it would look on a pathy
