I'd love to do this, but the Pathfinder is Stock. I'm so close to Ut and Moab it would be awesome.

I know exactly what you mean, it's a little over a 4 hour drive for me.

Can you give us some minimum vehicle requirements/mods?
The trucks in the pics are obviously heavily modified for trail riding.
But I don't think the R51 Pathfinder (for example) in stock form would be able to have much fun there.

ummmmmmm, maybe? i'd probably be more a spectator though, unless they have a 'beginner/daily drive' group that doesn't get into anything -too- heavy. guess i'll look for a link to get some more info...
