Grease Fittings?

So last week I pulled off the driver side front wheel to give the grease fittings a shot of grease, and to my surprise everything is sealed up... I've never owned anything with all sealed joints and I don't really care for it. The boots appear empty and dry, so is there any way to get some lube in there or what?
A friend of mine said to buy an injector needle and pierce the rubber with it, Then seal it up with something. I don't like the thought of that.

Best thing to do is leave them alone. When they finally do go bad, just replace them with Moog parts that have grease fittings on them.

When I've had balljoints or tie rods off for servicing other components, I've use a needle (from the top, not perforating the boot) to get grease into the balljoint. Other than that, what SMJ said.

Not to hijack the thread, but when they do go bad do they squeak really bad? I think mine are out and when I hit a bump it sounds like a really loud squeaky floor.

When they make noise or show excessive play.
