Rear Coil Springs OEM vs 4X4

I want to get at least 2 inch lift in the rear. I know the best way to do this is just using Rancho spacers.

But the mechanic states that the Nissan Coil Springs are sagging. So I figured I would replace them.

Are these pretty much the same coil springs, They run about the same cost. #1 reason I am asking is Carid is telling me that I wont have them in hand until 02/03. Which is 8 days from now. I was hoping to have this project completed by end of the month. If 4x4 is the same or same result or close to same result. If so I can order from 4x4 and have them ship tomorrow.
