Will 05-15 Xterra front struts fit w/o mods on my '12 Pathy?

Like the title says...
It somehow seems easier to find lightly used struts for Xterra than Pathy .
Maybe because more PPL replace those part for OffRoad.
Either way when I look to replace my fronts I want to go with gently used forum units like I did w/ my Xterra and it was very economical.
Thoughts?
