I don't see why not. The dimensions of the springs should be the same, just the density of the coils are a bit stiffer on the 4WD...or something along those lines. I would imagine that since these are rubber they'll just form to fit within the springs regardless of 2WD or 4WD.
Firestone also makes a kit that specifies 2WD, but not sure how it compares to the Airlift. You'll find a link below. I just picked 2011 for the year, but you can change it on the site to reflect the year of your vehicle.
