The Nissan Path

Hello, i own an r51 non US model and i need to change my tie rods.

A nissan part dealer told me the outter ones arent compatibles but the inner ones are. That doesnt make any sense to me since as i understand they work together. i've hear that US one has wide thread and non-US has narrow thread, so:

If they say the inner works, shoudnt have the same thread?

If not i could buy both US inner and outter tie rods, and have no problem rigth?

Please help, im struggeling here.

Hopefully some one can do more research on the thread issue. But as far as I know if you get both inner and outer from US is should work. Never knew there was different threads.
