Sway bar bushes - Now with video

Ordered up a set of front and rear seat bar bushes,
They are genuine Nissan rubbers from Milner
Take it the front one’s tend to round the 4 bolts
as it was recommended for new, but nothing
Suggested the rear bolts ( they don’t sell )
Torque shows 130Nm on replacing and the runners are
pre greased, I know cos I’ve put my clumsy finger in and gotten
all messy ! Numbnuts 🤪

I replaced mine with OEM as well about 2 months ago. Car is more responsive to turns. Far from it having Z handling, but still, it was a noticeable improvement over the old worn out ones.

Really nice video. I wonder if replacement of these front sway bar bushings will solve my front end squeaking issues.

Very nice! I did both front and back this year and made a difference as the originals were designed improperly.
Note that I replaced the bushings and bolts, front and back but did not replace the clips. My pn for the rear bolts is 54459-0P03E.

I had the rears done just after I did the fronts. Needed a ramp as the bolts sheared off as they not been done for so long, probably the originals?
So my local garage drilled,tapped and replaced with new bolts.
Doesn’t wallow about so bad now and lost a squeak 😀

It's not clear to me from the video, but is it easier to change the sway bar bushings if the vehicle is jacked up or on the ground (due to the loading on the sway bars). Does it even matter?

I jacked mine to give some more clearance to work in, but it doesn't make any difference.
