Give us a lift governor?

hi folks I am thinking of lifting my LE V6. Has anyone lifted this trim? How did it Handle? I have oversized tires on it already, one size up, and I have rubbing on tight turns but that’s it. Would like to have extra clearance for peace of mind when I’m on usfs or BLM trails. I also have a question about locking diffs in the drivetrain section.
Would love to hear about your experiences. If you have added a lift did you also get nerf bars? Thanks!!!
