The Nissan Path

Swapped out rear springs and shocks this weekend. Installed air bags (12 PSI) as well. Good prices on Amazon, all together it cost me about $500 in parts.

The rear end is quite a bit higher now, I'd guess 2.5". I didn't realize how bad it was sagging. the front got a little lift as well, maybe 1.5-2". It rides good but definitely tracks different on the freeway, not a good thing so far IMO.

Black rims and new tires (https://www.amazon.com/General-Grabber- ... B004QL60YE) going on it tomorrow. The Toyos are tired AF, and I have wanted black wheels since I bought this truck 5 years ago.

The rear end will settle a bit. What brand of springs did you go with?

I quit running any pressure in my rear air bags when I installed those springs. Before I was running 8-10 psi. Now I just need them for load leveling when I carry stuff in the back.

The Moog springs are really stiff enough that you don't need any pressure when you have no weight in the rear. Really well balanced with the front...unlike the OEM springs.

Anyway, recommend trying 0 psi. You will end up with something like 0.5-0.75 inches of lift if I recall correctly, and the truck won't feel oversprung in the rear.

Thats awesome the rear suspension is probably the first thing to wear out on these.

Almost identical to mine. Were you able to give it a wheel alignment? I had to cut off 3 control arms and replace all the cams. What a pain
