New body lift options available

I am in the final stages of having a new Body Lift for the R51 crew... What height would you be willing to install and pay for if : 1" and 1.5" = no modifications, 2" and higher = POSSIBLE Longer positive battery cable, extension needed for the shifter on manual models only(could possibly be alleviated with a thicker gearbox(console) spacer that could come with the kit)
