Our 2006 pathfinder is bouncing all over the place on the road. Every bump and turn feels like it's exaggerated.

Any recommendations to fix this problem? Will a new suspension fix it? If so which is the best?

Same here. Mine is a 2006 with 65K. Can't imagine the shocks are worn yet. I am getting really fed up with the bouncing over potholes and little bumps in the road. Did you find a solution?

my is not bouncy at all the problem is the instalation that there is making a noise every time the suspencion absorb is like lose but is not actually lose is something put on incorrectly.

For you guys with bouncy rides, Bilstein, Rancho and Monroe make shocks for stock height Pathfinders and all of them will reduce the amount of wallow and exaggeration in the stock suspension. I hear Bilstein is the best for on road ride and Monroes are pretty good on and off road.

You can also opt to lift your PF. Most PF lifts involve longer, stiffer springs and shocks to raise the vehicle. That automatically produces a firmer ride with way less of that old-school Cadillac feel.

It's your choice... swap shocks and keep the stock ride height for a great in-town SUV or lift it to give it a great ride with better clearance for getting dirty.

the best thing you can do for improving true off-road prowess in these things is removing all the low hanging plastic crap and adding armor.

bumpers, sliders, locker, suspension (not lift). in that order.
