front bumper stops replacement

I believe my front bumper stops needs to be replaced?
can anyone just verified that the link to pics are front bumper stops.
is it easy to replace?
and what brand should I go with? OEM or aftermarket.
05 path with 76K miles.
there are times when I turn hard left I heard a pop like sound.
such as turning into a parking spot.
