Does anyone here have RadFlo or SAW coilovers with the Calmini kit?

If so, feedback would be nice.

RadFlo or SAW?

Spring rate?

Are you still using the front sway bar?

Tire size?

Measurement from fender to floor in front & PSI in tires?

Measurement from skid plate to floor?

Rear suspension set-up?

Issues/noises etc?

Reviews/comments?

Titan RadFlo's with King springs, 600#'s 2.5" shock body, 8" reservoir, 23" from mounting hole to top strut mount.

Mounting the ressy was the fun part. Using the conventional places was inerfereing with the tires. And I didn't have much room up front since half the OEM bumper is gone now.

Tried the rear, all seemed fine until the suspension flexed. So, this was the safest place.

I did radflo's and I really like them. However, I have a clunk that I have been chasing for about a year now when I go over speed bumps and such, it seems to happen when the coil-overs extend. I have no idea where it is coming from.

I've got the same issue, never had it with the older radflos I had (using the Calmini spacer) with the 14" spring. But ever since I tossed these on, I've got it, seems to only happen on the way down, yours the same?

I don't have the remote reservoir like you do, but yes, SEEMS to be only on the way down. It is driving me insane. I feel like the shudder is getting worse over time. I have changed the front body mounts, put the new style sway bar bushings on, new LCA's, and new inner and outer tie rods. I even mounted a gopro camera on the fender to see if my UCA'S were contacting the top of the strut bucket, and what I saw, and what the tech rep at 4x4parts.com saw when I showed him, prompted me to spend $400 on the extended UCA's. Aaaaand I still have the clunk. I just replaced my brakes a couple weeks ago and found a little slop in my CV axle. I feel like whatever is clunking around up there is causing everything to wear out faster than expected. Hopefully we can find what the problem is!!

yup. Seems too similar. I don't have a sway bar so that rules out any of that hardware. Recently purchased body mounts yet to be installed.

I've also got the PRG UCA's with the bump stop. The CV shaft looks awfully close to the spring but not signs of actual contact. I also noticed on my old 14" Radflos have rubber bushings on each side where the bottom mounts to the LCA. These do not have it.

The mystery continues. I'll let you know if I find anything.

Relieved but at the same feel like an idiot.

My clank is my D ring from my new bumper. Wow.
