Camshaft position sensor replacement

Replacing both camshaft position sensors on my 06 Pathfinder due to P0340 code on the ODB reader.
Looks like I need to pull the upper intake assembly to get at them, is this correct or is there a way to get to them without it?
Any tips/tricks for this?
