exhaust system without cats

I just remover my exhaust because the cats were bad. Im only using my pathfinder for off road use. Is there an exhaust system out there that will bolt onto the headers without having to put the cats back on?

If you can't find one on the aftermarket, any good exhaust shop should be able to fabricate one for you.

Would that trigger a CEL? and if it does how could you bypass/trick the ECU.

Yeah, it would trigger catalytic efficiency codes (P0420/P0430) unless you use some type of O2 simulators for the rear sensors.
